These terms cover your use of www.pavidha.com. By using this site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

1.Who we are

This site is run by PaviDha Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (“PaviDha”, “we”, “us”). “You” means anyone who visits the site or writes to us through it. If you use the site for an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation too.

2.What this site is for

This site tells you about PaviDha and its products. Everything on it is general information. It is not an offer, a quote or advice, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Products, features, regions and plans can change, or be withdrawn, at any time and without notice.
Screens and figures on this site use demonstration data. They show how a product looks, not results you will get.
Each product, and every custom software project, runs under its own written terms or agreement. Those prevail over anything on this site.

3.Using the site

Use the site lawfully and fairly. You must not:

attack, probe, scan or test the security of this site, or of any PaviDha product, without our written permission;
overload or disrupt the site, or get around anything that protects it;
copy, scrape or harvest the site, in part or in bulk, including to train or improve an AI model;
frame or mirror the site, or present its content as your own;
use our names or marks to mislead anyone, or pretend to be us;
send us anything unlawful, harmful or infringing.

We may block or limit access to the site, for anyone, at any time and without notice.

Found a security issue? Tell us privately at hello@pavidha.com, and give us reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else.

4.Our names and content

The site and everything on it, including the text, design, artwork, images, screens and code, belong to PaviDha or to those who licensed them to us. PaviDha, the p·d mark, TrueNiti, ServiceSyncHQ Pro, ThumbOrder and our other product names are our trademarks. You may view the site and share links to it. Anything more needs our written permission. Other names on this site belong to their owners.

5.What you send us

When you write to us, by email, through the demo form or on WhatsApp, the details you give must be true and yours to share.
Please keep a first message brief and leave out anything confidential. Until we both sign a confidentiality agreement, nothing you send us is confidential. We are glad to sign one before detailed talks.
If you send us ideas or suggestions about our site or products, we may use them freely, with no duty to you.
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy notice.

6.Other sites and services

Links from this site, including to WhatsApp and to your own email app, take you to services with their own terms. Each of our product sites carries its own terms. We are not responsible for sites or services that we do not run.

7.No warranties

We take care with this site, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no promise of any kind, stated or implied, that the site or anything on it is accurate, complete, current, available, secure, or free of errors or harmful code. You use it at your own risk.

8.Limits of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity or data, however it arises;
our total liability to you, for all claims about this site together, is limited to ₹1,000.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9.Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify PaviDha, its directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss, damage, penalty or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law or of anyone’s rights.

10.Changes

We may change or suspend the site, or update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. If you use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11.Law and disputes

These terms, and your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute about them, or about this site, will be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by agreement or, failing that, as the Act provides. The seat of arbitration is Chennai, India, and it will be held in English.
Subject to that, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may still ask any court for urgent relief to protect our names, content or systems.
This applies wherever you visit from. It does not take away any right that Indian consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

12.General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given it up.
We may transfer our rights and duties under these terms. You may not transfer yours without our written consent.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages, attacks, disasters or acts of government.
These terms, with our Privacy notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about this site.
