The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers and loads nothing from anyone else. If you write to us, we use what you send to reply and follow up. We never sell it.
1.Who we are and what this covers
PaviDha Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (“PaviDha”, “we”), runs www.pavidha.com. For the personal data described here, we are the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This notice covers this website and the messages you send us. Each of our products has its own privacy notice. When an organisation uses one of our products, that organisation decides how its records are used, and we handle them on its behalf under our agreement with it.
2.What we collect
When you visit
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, and nothing loaded from anyone else.
- Your theme and motion choices are kept by your own browser, on your device. They never reach us.
- Like every website, our hosting on Microsoft Azure records technical details of each request: the IP address, the browser type, the page asked for and the time. We use them only to keep the site secure and working, for example to block attacks.
When you write to us
- Only what you choose to send by email, through the demo form (it opens your own email app) or on WhatsApp: usually your name, organisation, role, how to reach you, the product you are interested in and your message.
- Please do not send sensitive personal data, such as health or financial details, or anything confidential.
3.How we use it
- To reply to you, arrange a demo and follow up on your enquiry.
- To prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our conversation.
- To protect this site, our business and the people who use them.
- To meet our legal duties.
We use what you send on the basis of the consent you give by writing to us, and for the other uses the law permits, such as meeting a legal duty. We may contact you about the enquiry you made. We send no newsletters unless you ask for them.
4.Who can see it
- People at PaviDha who need it to answer you.
- The companies that host this site and carry our email and messages, under their own duties of security and confidentiality.
- An authority, court or regulator, when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights or anyone’s safety.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, who will be bound by this notice.
We never sell or rent personal data, and we never use it for advertising.
5.Where it is kept
This site’s logs are kept in India. Email and messaging providers may handle messages in other countries, under their own safeguards. If you write to us from outside India, your details are handled in India, under Indian law.
6.How long we keep it
- Technical logs: up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Your messages: while we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a customer, your agreement with us sets the period instead.
- Anything longer only when the law requires it.
7.Keeping it safe
We protect what we hold with reasonable security practices: encrypted connections only, a web application firewall in front of the site, and access only for the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that ours will never be breached. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8.Your rights
Under Indian law you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This stops future use; it does not undo what was lawfully done before;
- nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself;
- raise a grievance with us.
To use a right, write to hello@pavidha.com from the address you wrote to us from, or tell us how we can confirm it is you. We aim to respond within 30 days, and always within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may then complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9.Children
This site is meant for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has written to us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.
10.Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version, and important changes will be shown on this page.
11.Grievance officer
For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer, PaviDha Technologies Private Limited, at hello@pavidha.com.
